Quickly found the hotel, it's near the railway station, no trains are heard at all. Clean, snow-white linen and towels. Orthopedic comfortable mattress on the bed and 2 folding beds. bath is spacious, clean venue. Shower system "hole in the floor", when used was convenient. tasty breakfast buffet (cereal, milk / yogurt, croissants, toasts with sausage and cheese, apples, jam, butter, tea, coffee, juice). Excellent location - in Venice are very confusing streets and constant crossings over bridges, so it is convenient to leave your suitcases at the hotel and walk lightly. next day we rented out our room and left our suitcases at reception (free service) and went for a walk all day. check-in was quick, staff was friendly. Accommodated us in a nearby building on the 4th floor - the view is good, suitcase without an elevator to drag on the 4th floor had to itself. For Venice, accommodation was very cheap.
The room is cramped for 4 people, probably the former kitchen. It is not convenient to carry suitcases to the 4th floor without an elevator. There's no dryer in the room for laundry, there's nowhere to hang them after the shower. In general, the hotel has left a very pleasant impression.

The location was perfect and EXCELLENT for exploring this very nice area, close enough to the main transport links, train station, also close to all the water buses and taxies, and the the shopping area. Everything was very good, but a few employees were not very friendly. I was on a vacation and booked triple room with the bathroom and fridge, for example.

hotel is located next to the station, in a very safe area, in a lighted alley and near the main street where the vaporetto is, street full of shops and restaurants. I liked its design, cleanliness, friendly staff, its location, good internet connection, rich and varied breakfast. They also have luggage storage, they allowed us to be there after checkout before going to take the train.
Everything is fine but I do feel that the room size is not suitable for 4 people as the 2 imperial beds and double bed were placed next to each other with no room to walk. Also, building does not have an elevator, I understand that because it is Venice and it is an old building, I had requested that it not be on the last level (fourth level) since I traveled with my mom who has hip problems climbing stairs, they could not make me change, I asked again, that because they did not have more, I had done the preservation months ago. Another inconvenience is that there is no air conditioning and it was hot, so we had to sleep with the window open that caused a lot of mosquitoes to enter besides the room downstairs had a balcony and they smoked all night. That smoke would get into the room as well as a smell of gas in the air.

Good location: a quiet street next to the train station and in front of the vaporetto. there are more hotels in the same street and you should see if they are more comfortable than this one, because the location is worth it especially if you have a lot of luggage. buses that take you to the airport are not far away. There are several supermarkets with gluten-free products nearby and a pizzeria with the best gluten-free pizzas in Italy and well-baked dough (Pizzeria Ae Oche Santa Lucia). bathroom was renovated, air conditioning was working well and beds were comfortable. In the reception there was a drink machine.
The mosquitoes of Venice: not a single tourist is saved. There were 4 of us in a very small room and it was uncomfortable to stay in it except to go to sleep.the window had a blind but the rope was frayed and old and seemed to be able to break at any moment.few plugs in the room.you had to pay the tourist tax in cash (they had a small sign at the reception desk informing about it). The breakfast room was very small and at times there were customers waiting for a table to be free. When we arrived the elevator was working but it was tiny: maximum 2 people.

Room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, except for the person at the reception. But the air conditioning in the double room was not working well and the rooms on the higher floors were quite warm. 🌬️

Venice is the city of dreams! We were convinced that we should definitely spend the night on land, because it's very expensive on water. with the bunker offer, it wasn't. It's a very reasonable price to pay for such a set of services. Of course, whoever, as they say. we're really okay with it. We stopped in the winter. We got here late at night. No problem finding it. From Santa Lucia Station, five, seven minutes. Leaving the station, you'll see the Grand Canal at night with lights, two steps to the left and first narrow street - the one where this hotel is. No problem checked in, explained everything, gave you a map. Our room was through the other entrance - a young man waited for us to come in. they gave me a map, cozy. Everything you need to live in is here. Good breakfast: hot croissants, cozy, Everything, fruit salad, different cereals, yogurt, jams, toasts, tea, coffee, yogurt. We had a very good snack. Stopped for one night. In the morning they left their luggage in a special place near the reception. They picked it up in the evening. Everything's very decent. With our very modest budget, We stayed for one night. It was a shame to leave both the hotel and Venice.
No idea. I loved it. I don't have anything to be nagged about.
